We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service we received from the staff, especially from Bernardo Barata, was exceptional. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and was the best part of our experience. The reception staff were also outstanding, always friendly, helpful, and efficient. We liked the spacious and clean room, as well as the fact that the windows could be opened. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short taxi ride away from the town center.
